Internship oppurtunties

My Heroes Therapy is an equine assisted services program that operates

out of CSU's Temple Grandin Equine Center. We serve the special needs

community of Northern Colorado by providing physical and occupational

therapy services, as well as adaptive horsemanship and therapeutic riding

lessons. Being based out of a university setting offers many opportunities

including an academic curriculum which places focus on the research

aspects of Physical and Occupational Therapy using equine interventions,

as well as providing learning opportunities for future therapists and students

wanting to become more involved in this exciting and rewarding field. Our

internship also provides shadowing hours for students interested in

applying to OT/PT schools.
